Hi, I’m Simone Davis, Founder of HerShift Staffing Solutions. With over seven years of experience in healthcare as a dedicated Personal Support Worker, I’ve had the privilege of serving others with compassion, integrity, and purpose. Graduating top of my class from Seneca College with a 4.0 GPA, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that workers—especially women and single mothers—face in balancing meaningful employment with life’s responsibilities.
HerShift was born from that understanding. I wanted to create more than just a staffing agency—I wanted to build a community. A space where hardworking individuals can find flexible, fair opportunities that allow them to thrive both professionally and personally.
